Update from the ground in Tongo

We have information from a source on the ground in Tongo who confirms that he was awoken by the earthquake and is heading to higher ground, as are a number of his neighbours, in case of a Tsunami. There are a number of cars reported on the road. Currently, there are many search and rescue teams based globally as well as IFRC and other aid agencies monitoring the situation.
