No Electric, Phones in Ica, Peru following Earthquake

The city of Ica, Peru is without electricity which hampered rescue efforts during the night. Ica Fire Chief Jorge Jhong reports that there are over 300 persons wounded and 40 persons dead. In addition to the lack of electricity, telephone lines in Ica are down, further hampering the efforts of local firemen.
